Lukfook Group (the Group) has been accredited “Happy Company” for eight consecutive years, in recognition of the Group’s efforts to create a harmonious working environment as well as to raise the benchmark of happiness-at-work. The “Happiness at Work” promotional scheme is organised by the Promoting Happiness Index Foundation and implemented by the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong. The scheme aims to encourage Hong Kong companies to build a happy workplace, raise the happiness-at-work level of the local workforce, and promote the development of corporate caring, wisdom, persistence and motivation.
