(3 June 2015) ------ Luk Fook Holdings (International) Limited (“Lukfook” / the “Group”) (Stock Code: 00590) is committed to contributing to the community. The Group has participated in the "Walks for Millions" held by The Community Chest of Hong Kong for consecutive years to help the needy in our community.

Mr. Wong Wai Sheung, Chairman and Chief Executive of the Group said, “Over the years, the Group has taken actions to fulfil its corporate social responsibility. We are pleased to support a variety of charity activities once again, and encourage the participation of our employees along with their families to bring care and warmth to disadvantaged people in the society.”

The "2014/2015 Walks for Millions" raised approximately HK$22 million, all of which will be allocated to support needy families, assist the family members in establishing mutual support and promote family harmony through diversified support services. In 2014/2015, The Community Chest of Hong Kong will allocate over HK$34.5 million to support 23 member social welfare agencies in providing “Family and Child Welfare Services”.

The "2014/2015 Walks for Millions" Cheque Presentation Ceremony was held on 1 June 2015. Ms. Jannus Cheung, Corporate Communications Manager of Lukfook Group, presented the cheque to and received the certificate from Ms. Wong Mei-sze, Macy, the Co-Chairman of New Territories Walk, on behalf of the Group.
