Lukfook Group Becomes Signatory of “Good Employer Charter” For the Third Consecutive Year

(30 September 2024) — Luk Fook Holdings (International) Limited ("Lukfook" or the "Group") (Stock Code: 0590) is pleased to announce that the Group has become a signatory of the "Good Employer Charter" for the third consecutive year and awarded the “Good Employer Charter 2024”certificate. Meanwhile, the Group’s efforts in promoting a family-friendly work culture has also been recognised and affirmed by the judging panel, earning the “Supportive Family-friendly Good Employer” logo. This not only highlights the Group’s continuous efforts in human resources management practices, but also reflects the Group’s remarkable achievements in promoting good employer practices and creating a family-friendly work environment.

“Good Employer Charter” is organised by Workplace Consultation Promotion Division of the Labour Department of the Government of HKSAR. It aims to encourage employers to adopt employee-oriented and progressive good human resource management practices, and to formulate appropriate family-friendly employment policies by assessing different familial responsibilities of employees, so as to create a family-friendly and harmonious workplace.
