(1 March 2018) — Luk Fook Holdings (International) Limited (“Lukfook” / the “Group”) (Stock Code: 00590) is pleased to announce that the Group’s design “Linkup Fusion” (shown below) received the “Best of Show Award (Open Group)” in “The 19th Hong Kong Jewellery Design Competition” under the theme of “The Vibrant Hong Kong”. The Group has once again been recognized in the Competition for the third year in a row.

“The 19th Hong Kong Jewellery Design Competition” was jointly organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, the Hong Kong Jewellers’ & Goldsmiths’ Association, the Hong Kong Jewellery & Jade Manufacturers Association, the Hong Kong Jewelry Manufacturers’ Association and the Diamond Federation of Hong Kong, aiming to enhance the design quality of the Hong Kong-made jewellery and encourage creativity.

Title of design : “Linkup Fusion” Designer    : Mr. Kenny Au Kwok Man, Deputy Jewellery Design Director of Lukfook Group Design Concept: Combining the buttons of Chinese cheongsam and the western buttons, this 18K white gold, diamond-studded necklace symbolized the East meets West characteristics of Hong Kong, a metropolis of varied cultures, where traditions with modernism are fused together and manifested everywhere. The convergence of cultures is what gives uniqueness to this city.
