(9 January 2020) – Luk Fook Holdings (International) Limited (“Lukfook”/ the “Group”) (Stock Code: 00590) is pleased to announce that its staff members, Ms. Leung Siu Fun and Mr. Ko Ka Kin have been honoured with the Second Class Award and Third Class Award respectively in the “Production Skills Division” at “China Skills Competition 2019–National Jewellery Production Skills Competition” in recognition of their excellence in jewellery making workmanship.

Mr. Wong Wai Sheung, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Group said, “I am very glad that two employees have stood out from a national contest for the first time. The Group has been putting great emphasis on staff training and development over the years. “China Skills Competition 2019–National Jewellery Production Skills Competition” is co-organised by National Gems & Jewelry Technology Administrative Center (National Gemstone Testing Center, “NGTC”), China Employment Training Technical Instruction Center (CETTIC) and Gems & Jewelry Trade Association of China (GAC) with an aim to facilitate the national gems and jewellery industry’s transformation and upgrade as well as its high quality development.
