“Good Employer Charter” is organized by Workplace Consultation Promotion Division of the Labour Department of the Government of HKSAR. Supporting organizations include the Federation of Hong Kong Industries, the Hong Kong Small and Medium Enterprises Association, the Hong Kong General Chamber of Small and Medium Business, the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong, the Employers’ Federation of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. The purpose of this Charter is to encourage employers to adopt employee-oriented and progressive good human resource management practices, thereby cultivating a good people management culture in the workplace.
