(13 March 2019) — Luk Fook Holdings (International) Limited (“Lukfook” / the “Group”) (Stock Code: 00590) is pleased to announce that the Group’s jewellery design piece “Enjoy” (shown below) has been recognized in “The 20th Hong Kong Jewellery Design Competition” as the “Best of Show Award (Open Group)”.

Mr. Wong Wai Sheung, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Group said, “It is my great delight that Lukfook’s design has won the award for the fourth year in a row. The winning entry shows both the designer’s detailed craftsmanship and creativity, and also exudes uniqueness. In the future, the Group will continue to foster and train talents, encourage our design team to strive for excellence, and constantly endeavors to gain a wider recognition.”

Under the theme of “Be Connected, Be United”, “The 20th Hong Kong Jewellery Design Competition” was jointly organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, the Hong Kong Jewellery & Jade Manufacturers Association, the Hong Kong Jewellers’ & Goldsmiths’ Association, the Diamond Federation of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Jewelry Manufacturers’ Association, aiming to encourage creativity, discover talents, enhance the standard of Hong Kong jewellery designs and promote Hong Kong-made jewellery.
