(19 June 2014) ------ Luk Fook Holdings (International) Limited (“Lukfook” / the “Group”) (Stock Code: 00590) is pleased to announce that the Group joined the “Happiness-at-Work Promotional Scheme 2014” organized by the Promoting Happiness Index Foundation and the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC), and was awarded the “Happy Company” label for its commitment to building a happy workplace for employees.

Mr. Wong Wai Sheung, Chairman and Chief Executive of the Group said, “We are delighted to participate in the ‘Happiness-at-Work Promotional Scheme’. The “Happiness-at-Work Promotional Scheme” was jointly launched by the Promoting Happiness Index Foundation and the HKPC, aiming to promote the concept of happiness-at-work among Hong Kong companies and organizations, encourage delightful working environment and raise the happiness-at-work level of the local workforce. The presentation ceremony was held at HKPCBuilding on 13 June 2014. Ms. Shirley Wong, Director and Deputy General Manager of Lukfook Group, received the “Happy Company” label on behalf of the Group.
