(14 February 2014) ------ Luk Fook Holdings (International) Limited (“Lukfook” / the “Group”) (Stock Code: 00590) is proud to announce that Luk Fook Jewellery (Guangzhou) Company Limited and Lee Fook Diamond & Jewellery (Guangzhou) Company Limited have successfully passed the “Cleaner Production Audit of Guangzhou City” and attained the honour of "Excellence Enterprise of National Cleaner Production Audit in Guangzhou”, in recognition of their contribution in reducing material and energy consumption and emissions during the production process.

We are honoured to receive the commendation as “Excellence Enterprise of National Cleaner Production Audit in Guangzhou” following our subsidiary Maxigood (Guangzhou) Jewellery Company Limited last year, which recognized our efforts and achievements in cleaner production and environmental responsibility. Luk Fook Jewellery (Guangzhou) Company Limited and Lee Fook Diamond & Jewellery (Guangzhou) Company Limited, which are the Group’s subsidiary company respectively in Nansha District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, principally engage in the production, processing and sales of jewellery products. They successfully passed the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems - Requirements and ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System in 2008 and 2009 respectively, demonstrating professionally recognized quality assurance standards.
